10 Must-Have Growth Hacking Tools

Technology exists for one reason: to make our lives easier. That rings especially true for salespeople, who have endless task after task and never enough time to get things done. However, these days the new “phenomenon” of Growth Hacking is helping salespeople and startups to maximize their actions and minimize their time. With that in mind, we’ve shared our top 10 must-have growth hacking tools.

  1. Boomerang

If you’re one of the many who gets overwhelmed with your email inbox, and find it difficult to manage and keep track of everything, Boomering is the tool for you. Boomerang allows you to schedule emails, which can help with everything from sending a reminder to yourself to contact a client or send personal reminders; as well as scheduling a follow-up email for the future. It can serve as a very basic CRM if you can’t afford a full-on CRM platform.

  1. Streak

Streak can also serve as a type of CRM for your email if you don’t have a complete CRM suite. It allows you to organize your emails in the way that works best for you; from Leads, Demos, Closed, Won, etc. You can also collaborate easily with your colleagues and track your emails – solving the great mystery if your leads have read your emails or not. Our favorite feature, however, is the templates. Instead of rewriting the same email over and over again, write a good email once and re-send it according to the situation.

  1. Dux-Soup

Another plugin for Linkedin, like FindThatLead, which helps you to keep track of the Linkedin profiles that you visit. It also allows you to take notes on profiles such as “have sent invite / need to reply / follow up, etc.”. A great tool to use in addition to FindThatLead!

  1. Likestegram

If you have a professional instagram account and want to generate more followers faster, Likestegram is the tool you need. It’s a professional bot that automates the liking process, which helps you to get more likes and followers without any additional work.

  1. Woodpecker

Another tool to help organize and ease emails for the sales sector. In addition to automatically sending emails, Woodpecker also automatically sends follow-up emails. However, if your lead responds, it can detect their response and won´t send any more follow-ups. A must-have tool!

  1. Tawk.to

You probably know how important it is to stay connected with your customers and to respond quickly to any questions they may have. That’s what chat software is an excellent way to talk with your customers instantly, whenever they want. However this software can sometimes be expensive, but thanks to our friends at Tawk.to, they´ve created a free chatting tool. With tawk.to you can chat, message and monitor your customers all for free!

  1. Rapportive

Rapportive is another tool that takes advantage of the power of Linkedin. When you are emailing someone, instead of having to leave your email, enter Linkedin, and then search for their profile on Linkedin – Rapportive does it all for you right in your inbox. It looks like an ad on the right-hand side of your email messages, however it pulls up that contact’s Linkedin page. It’s a great way to save time and quickly learn more about your business contacts.

  1. Appear.in

This is another tool that allows you to easily connect with your customers. Appear.in allows you to have a video conversation with up to 8 people for free. This means you can do a demo with future customers, and even invite other colleagues from different locations to join in.

  1. Mixpanel

Instead of calling mixpanel a must-have, we’re calling it an essential! While more useful for the product side of a startup than the sales side, it’s absolutely crucial to measure and analyze what´s happening on your platform and website. The only way to know what your customers think is by watching them, and not in a creepy way, but by measuring their actions and interactions with your company.

  1. Chartmogul

We’re finishing our list off with another analytics must-have, Chartmogul. Instead of providing data after data and leaving it up you to analyze and understand it, their platform sorts it easily and uses clear graphics to help you really understand what´s happening. It’s never been easier to understand data before!

    (11.) FindThatLead

Ok, ok. We couldn´t finish the list off without mentioning FindThatLead! Our tool really is essential to add to your portfolio. With our plug-in, you can log into Linkedin and get the email and social details of any person, even when you’re not a connection. It’s the fastest way to find your future customers´ email addresses!
